Bio: With a background in cognitive sciences and epidemiology, getting fascinated with data science was only a matter of time. I have worked with clinical research on topics such as diabetes, obesity, and coronavirus and am now broadening my skillset by learning about data science and analytics in the context of a business. With experience in both academia and business, I am passionate about data-driven insights and their communication. I try to share my love for this field by volunteering in coding events or helping create spaces that encourage more women to get curious about and try it. Currently, I am also one of the project managers at Pink Programming, a volunteer driven organization with the goal to increase the number of female programmers.
