Bio: As a mathematician, data scientist, and geneticist, with a strong leadership and management execution track-record, I was previously the Chief Technology Officer at ALPHA10X where I led the R&D team in creating a platform to support Life Science investments using AI. Before that I previously served as Head of Data Science at Uppsala Monitoring Centre, applying Deep Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Natural Language Processing methods and algorithms in the field of pharmacovigilance. I hold a PhD in genetics /evolutionary biology, from Uppsala University, Sweden. I was a visiting scholar at Stanford University, and at SOKENDAI (the Graduate University for Advanced Studies) in Japan.
