Bio: I have a Master in Business Administration and a PhD that focused on ontologies. I previously worked as a Data Scientist for 4 years at Spotify before moving to a Product Insights Manager position this year (2022), which means I manage both UR and DS. I have also previously worked as a test analyst at Swedbank. In my current position I manage a team of amazing User Researchers and Data Scientists and I drive the insights strategy for one of Spotify’s products. I’m passionate about translating business and product needs into insights needs and translating insights into product and business recommendations.
